Sorry, we do not accept new patients with Medicaid, Title 19, Connecticare,or United HealthCare (where United Behavioral Health is the carve-out) We will assist in submitting claims for out of network benefits.

Please note if you use the directions link below-Lenola Drive is unmarked and opposite the driving range of Tunxis Golf course. Enter at Claudia's and proceed to the building in the back near the woods. CADTC is not visible from Route 4 and is in the large building with skylights marked 1031.
